Water FUN!

Jaxon loves bath time but we haven't been able to find bubbles that don't make his skin break out. But we finally found some and he loves it he never wants to get out of the tub.

Swimming after the dance recital. Jaxon loves playing in the water and loved going on all the water toys. He didn't want to get.

Fishing!

We finally took Jaxon fishing. He loved every moment of it, the water, liking the rocks and throwing the rocks into the water. We went with the Wolfley's and the Baileys it was so much fun and wonderful to get out of the house. No one could catch anything really at first but then as the sun started to go down tons of little fish started coming out that thats what they started catching.

Jaxon and Mommy hanging out watching daddy fish.

Chris and his little fish! WAH HOO!

Roy Days!

On August 1st Chris got to be in the Roy Days Parade with all of his siblings. He love doing is and we love watching him. This year was so much fun since Jaxon is talking and walking. He loved getting candy and watching all the floats come by. We sat with Chris's mom Sheri and her parents and Jaxon's cousin Wyatt and Ty. When some of the floats came by that were playing musice Jaxon and Wyatt would start dances in the middle of the street it was so much fun to watch them.

Right after the parade was over we met up with Chris and went to go walk through the booths. As soon at we got over there my brother called to tell me my mom had been rushed to the hospital again. That's another story! So we left and went and spent the rest of the day playing the in emergecny room with Jaxon and my dad. Jaxon was very entertaning to the people waiting there to.

4th of July

Things are going great! There is so much I need to catch up on so lets see what I can remember. HAHA! On the 4th of July we had tons of fun. In the morning we went hiking with my family up Mt. Ogden it was so cold though. I was quick to learn that I was way out of shape. Chris was great along with my dad and carried Jaxon up the whole way since he would not stay in his carrier. Since is got so cold, we need up stopping at the upper lodge at snow basin and ridding the gondola down.

My Uncle Philip and our Friend Bryce ridding down in the gondola!

My brother Clinton and Bryce didn't hike up they road the gondola up to the top to meet us!

Chris happy to be inside and sitting on a nice chair.

Later that night with Chris's family and some neighbors we had dinner and did fireworks. Jaxon loves watching all the bright colors. We even had some glow in the dark balls the boys could play with.

Opps I did it again!

Things are going great I don't think they could be any better! We finally cut Jaxons hair for the first time it did not look very long but it was curling up around his ears so it I had to cut it. More hair came off then I thought would but he did not like it at all. We put him in the shower and just buzzed it. But it has already started growing back, he looks more like his dad now!

The Before

The After

As you can see he was not very happy but if you look really hard you can see the hair around the drain, and yes I had to save some of it! Jaxon has tons of teeth and is still cutting more. I think he is up to 13 and still going, but I love it because he can eat almost anything. Back on May 4 he had surgery and got tubes in his ears. We were really nerves, everything went great though. Every since then he is talking lots more, I thought he talked lots before but now it is never ending!!!    We went shopping on a Saturday a while back and we where in the front of the store we heard a big bang and saw stuff going everywhere Chris went out to see what was going on and saw this. A man had a cesiure and drove right into the builid. Chris was great to go out and help while everyone else stood around he was moving things to they could get to the guy to pull him out.

Know that the weather has been great we have been trying so hard to get out more. Jaxon loves  every minute of it and hates when he has to get back into the car.

Chris is doing great his last day at Utility Trailer is tomorrow and he starts his new job at Hill Air Force Base as a Sheet Metal Mechanic the following Monday. I'm so proud of him and the he is so great to let me stay home with our son! I know starting a new job is hard especially when you get to go back to school but it will be well worth it.

1 year old!

I can't believe it but it was finally here Jaxon turned one the past weekend! Time sure does go by so very fast. We ended up having two different parties but Jaxon was OK with that! (more cake for him). Two days before his birthday, my sister-in-law and her family were sealed in the temple. It was so awesome to be able to be there, and we are so happy for them. Since everyone was already in town for that we decided that we would just do that side of the family while they were all together. Jaxon was not so sure about what to do when it came to blowing out the candle he tried to eat it. Then he just looked at the cake then us with a wondering eye about what to do. So I gave him a taste of the frosting and he went crazy from there! Then on his birthday we went bowling with my family to celebrate his birthday and my sister Stephanie's (her birthday was the day before Jaxons. He loved bowling to went to the college since it was cheaper. All he wanted to do was run down the lane, and put his face over the air that comes out where you put your balls when you play. It was sure cute, and he loved all the colors.

While we were in the temple my awesome brother-in-law was great to watch Jaxon for us. As soon as we got out all he wanted to do was play in the water!

Catching up!

I'm finally trying to catch up on our blog. I will try to do better, but I will see how things go. One of my best friends growing up started taking pictures and I had her do our family pictures. Here are some. Thanks Ashley your the best!

I get to help my sister-in-law out by watching her kids a couple days a week. Her little boy Ty is a month younger then Jaxon. The two older girls love to dress up so I thought the boys would like to too!!! They both kept trying to eat there skirts.

Jaxon loves getting into every thing as you can see! I had gotten a package I had ordered for Christmas I couldn't even turn around for a minute and he had climbed into the box and started trying to eat the peanuts!

At the first of January Chris got all four of his wisdom teeth out they had to chip away at his jaw bone on the bottom two because they were impacted. He was out of it he for the first couple days, but it was sure fun to listen to him try to talk.

Lately Jaxon has been sleeping under his pillow we don't know why, but we are ok with it because he sleeps through the night. A couple of nights ago I woke up to go check on him and I heard I thud and then a him SCREAMING. Our little monkey had gotten out of his crib, we had already droped it once. Now it is as low as it will go, I suppose if he gets out of it again we will have to just put his mattress on the floor. He is doing well but it gave us both a big scare.

For my Christmas present/Birthday present from my brother he took me skiing at powder mountain is was a blast. I haden't been for so long, but suprisingly I wasn't sore.
Thanks Clint your the best!

Christmas was great, Jaxon loved eating all the paper. He got a new car seat, which has worked out so well because he was getting way to big to fit in his other one. He is doing great he started full out walking at the first of January and he is all over the place. I still can't believe it, at a little over nine months he was watching. Our little man is growing up so fast. Jaxon also loves going up and down the stairs it still scares me but I guess he will learn to not fall down them.
